We've all learned how critical it is to understand your team's capabilities before assigning them tasks. If we don't appreciate their talents, we can waste our best employees' abilities on frivolous or mismatched work and assign too much work to people poorly equipped to handle it. Nothing beats giving the right job to the right person.
